Spedizione
Ogni ordine viene preparato con cura entro 1–2 giorni lavorativi. La consegna richiede generalmente 5–9 giorni lavorativi. Non appena il pacco viene spedito riceverai un'email contenente il codice di tracciamento.

Resi
Se il prodotto non soddisfa le tue aspettative, puoi richiedere un reso entro 14 giorni dalla consegna, nel rispetto della normativa europea. Il prodotto dovrà essere restituito integro, non utilizzato e nella confezione originale.
Per richiedere un reso è sufficiente scrivere a support@divinstore.it indicando il numero dell'ordine. Il rimborso verrà elaborato entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso.
Prodotto danneggiato
Se il prodotto arriva danneggiato o presenta un difetto, contattaci entro 48 ore dalla consegna allegando alcune fotografie. Provvederemo rapidamente alla sostituzione o al rimborso.

Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, simply contact support@divinstore.it with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a few photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
